For those wishing to submit a Sympmosium paper, a mandatory maximum two-page extended abstract of proposed papers are due May 1, 2013. For authors from the United States the abstracts are due April 20, 2013. All information on the symposium and submission process can be found in the full CFP here. All presented papers will be published as part of the official NATO proceedings.

Immediately following-on from this Symposium, there will be a Workshop which will consist of focused discussions to augment and refine understanding of themes derived from the work of this Symposium. Most workshop participants will have attended the Symposium but there is a separate workshop enrollment form and CFP here. Attendance to the workshop is conditional upon provision of a short note (a maximum of 500 words) of technical interests and/or problems for working group discussion.

If there are any questions concerning the symposium or workshop please contact Margaret Varga (mjvarga@robots.ox.ac.uk) or Richard May (richard.may@pnnl.gov).
